Is it true I can run ATF fluid in the primary of my street glide. . If so which type? There seem to be so many. Is it also true when the dealer changes your primary fluid they only replace it with 1 qt?

 

Yes, you can run ATF. I run it in my '15 with zero problems. I swapped to ATF at the first service so have never compared it to other fluids, but can't imagine anything being better or smoother. Yes, when replaced, it only takes about a quart. Mine took just a tad over. I use Amsoil SuperShift (ART), but asking for opinions and gettin a list of what everyone uses will only make your confusion worse.
