Got an 86 sporty 1100 i just replaced the clutch line on for the second time. First time- no issues at all. But now when i went to fill up with fluids and adjust the cable, couldnt pull the clutch lever back at all. Took the cover off, and found that the ramp is not moving once the cable is hooked up. Yet it moves freely without a cable on? Any help would be awesome.

 

Is the clutch cable the same length as the old one?

Is the routing exactly the same?

Did you miss any steps in the manual?
