Default Inner primary leak - Can't seem to get fixed

Have a 92 FXR Conv. 14,000 orig. miles summer 08 it starts leaking oil bottom of primary cover. Looking under you can see it coming down the backside of the inner primary, So at the end of summer I take in to the dealer because I did not have the proper tools to do it myself. How much can a seal job cost ? Well $450 later it's all better. For about 800 miles then it starts leaking again. Problem is a year and a half have past [ wife's bike - not ridden alot that's why the low miles ] Dealer won't do anything and was just shy of telling me that I cranked the miles back to get a warranty fix. Last time they get my $ ! So I bought the tools needed and tore it down and nothing stood out as the leak spot, It was damp all around the drive pulley area. So I checked the distance of the inner bearing race replaced the inner primary seal and gaskets. Put back together and put new oil in the primary and put royal purple in the trans so there would be a color diff. It still is leaking and it is the primary oil. Ideas ?
