Cool Handlebar difference for hydraulic vs cable clutch!?

I just purchased 2013 CVO Road King and I'm wanting to put 16" Apes on it!! For some reason, most handlebars say they work on everything except Road Kings with hydraulic clutch!! Why is this!? It looks like normal handlebars!! I know I need longer cables, wiring, etc but what is the difference!? Looking at a set of Paul Yaffe bars but they also say fits everything except hydraulic clutch!!

Help would be appreciated!! Or guide me to where I can find some!?

Check Wild1 inc website. It has to do with the wider diameter than stock bars. Most wider than stock bars do not allow for rotation or clearance of the clutch master cylinder. You can order the Wild 1 bars with the indent made for fitment of hydraulic clutch levers.
