This is probably too late for you, but the boots do fit true to size. If you're going to spend that much money though, I'd get them custom made to fit. Wesco will send you a kit with instructions on how to measure your feet and calf.

Thanks for the reply, I ended up buying a pair of custom fit Wesco "Boss" boots. $450.00 and they fit like a glove. I will check out the White's to see what they are about.

I have been in the fire service fighting wildland fires for 17 years. I own 2 pairs of Whites. My three sons are also in the fire service, work for the US Forest Service. All wear whites. Very rugged, well built and rebuildable boots. All day comfort. A little tough to break in, but once they do, they a re great. No metal shank, uses heavy leather. High arch so you have great support.

Nick's Boots in Klamath Falls , Oregon is a direct copy of Whites. The guy used to work for Whites for years. Either way, Nicks or Whites, both are quality boots. Well worth the investment.

myzen, you'll love your Wescos and when they're worn you can send them back for a rebuild.
I have a pair of the Highliners going in for their 3rd rebuild in ten years ( wore them every day at work)
and recently stopped at the factory(40 miles from home) , got measured up and bought a set of custom fit Motorpatrol pull on M/C cop boots.
No dissapointments

Whatever brand of good quality boots you buy, you feet will thank you every step you take. Being able to rebuild them makes them wort every penny you laid out for them initially.

Get the style that fits your needs and enjoy.
