Assuming you still have a passenger seat, I would put all the stuff in one or two medium size duffel bags and put those across the passenger seat with lots and lots of bungee cords. If you don't want the ends of the duffel bags to sag over the sides of the seat, put a wooden pole in bottom of the bag.

I held my tail bag onto the rear of my bike with 2 bungees.

Went from upper shock mounts to tail lights. Never budged. Only bad thing was I originally strapped them down while it was on the jiffy stand so I made it level with the ground, which was leaning when the bike was upright...LOL

Hammock tents are where it's at. Easy to set up. No ground, or mats to deal with, no rainouts, etc. much more comfortable, IMO. I'm using the Eno double, with bug net and rain fly.

I've used the REI Half-Dome tent for years now. Both Back Packing and long M/C trips. Excellent quality comfort and ease of setup. This is very impotant, 'cause when it's raining you do not want to be screwing around setting up the tent, and when it is set up you want it to be 100% dry inside.

I use one in the last picture. Third one to the left. Used one like that for over thirty years.
