Default Grand Canyon, Monument Valley and all over Southern Utah

Just got back from a road trip to the Grand Canyon North Rim, Monument Valley and all over Southern Utah. Awesome ride! Here's a link to my pictures,

Very nice....i hope you had as much fun as we did when we did the same route in June....every day was absolutely gorgeous....Zion and Bryce...yah i would do them again...for me as I am a BIG John Wayne fan, monument valley was an unbelievable experience....i was grinning from ear to ear.

Just wanted to know about traffic...was it tolerable or pretty packed w/ tourist and r/v's?


Giacomo56 you ever stay or hear of the Apache Hotel in Moab? John Wayne stayed there for a few months out of the year. Don't know if he stayed there in between movies or just to relax. It seemed like he really loved Utah!

If i am correct taken from the porch of the building North Rim of the grand canyon visiting center.....at least thats what i remember....obstructed views of the grand canyon but a great ride to get there..

DAMN, i wish i would have known that, i would have loved sleeping in the same room....maybe my next time i am out there....thanks for the info...
