Default 117 CID upgrade to a CVO 110 Ultra

Recently did the full blown 117 CID upgrade with the 259e cam, and 58mm throttle body. Also did cnc'd ported heads and roller rockers. It has a V&H power header, with SE street cannons for mufflers. Also has a SE pro race tuner. It's over 120 hp and over 123 ft lbs of torque. On the dyno it did 135 mph in 5th, before it hit the rev limiter. I've got dyno sheet for any one interested.

Congrats! A very nice upgrade, that's been very popular, and why not, you can't beat the price for the kit, and the costs for an in frame installation. I've seen a lot good results and no complaints (thus far) on the CVO forum.

I hear some dealers are doing free installs if you buy one of their 2016 CVO's.
Good Times!

How are you liking your bike's performance since the install? How many miles do you have on your upgrade?

I'm seriously considering this upgrade how is the low end compared to stock. I've heard it's as good it better.

Hi, i've upgraded the 110 (LR S) with the Kit 117 (259 cams, 58 tb, etc etc) but i have big problem to map the engine: on the dyno 113 hp (at the crankshaft...) with an IMPOSSIBLE Handling of the engine !!!!
Do you have maps or technical information about ?

Thanks a lot,
Ale

On my LR S i have also RSD Slant muffler and all the kit "117 Street Performance" ; the problem is the map (remapping SE ECU), because the engine show(at the crankcase) only 113 hp and the engine has big problem over all the range of rpm ......

Very nice upgrade, thinking about it myself but funds are low having just bought a new 16, what kind of coin does it cost installed???

Found both jugs were weeping oil, so ESP is paying to do the swap for me
Kit ordered today. Mating it with my existing Tman 625's, MVA heads, TTS tuner, 58 tb w 5.3 injectors etc. Hoping everything plays nicely together, and get a solid runner
