Default oil out of the breather

Heres the problem.
I have excessive oil comming out of the air cleaner, I put a seprate breather on it and still alot of oil comes out.
I have the heads worked and a cam in it also baffled drag pipes and a s&s carb. I have great oil pressure, and maybe a little too much. any ideas?
Also wich way do I turn the timing plate to eather advance or retard the timing?
it is a 79 shovel head. with about 35,000 miles,

too much oiul pressure on a shovel???

what do you mean by a second breather?

counterclockwise will advance.....

you did set the timing correctly.?

are you just starting it from sitting for a while?

Default RE: oil out of the breather

I put a seperate breather on the bike it has a oil catch can attached to the oil breather.
I throws oil warm and cold. been doing it all last year, I finaly am getting tired of cleaning the oil off the pipes,
set the timing?? hell I just put it where it will start and run good it probanly not correct but if you go by the timing makes it probably wouldnt be right do to the larger cam. but I could be wrong.

please explain " a second breather"?

did you time the cam breather with the marks when you put the new cam in?

yes you are mistaken about the timing. would you like to have me explain how to set the timing?
