I don't think I'd want that feature.
"Might" have to have special valve stems, just like some of the cars with TP monitors.
Gets expensive when trapped into their parts needed.

Not to hijack the thread but ... unless something has changed, the TPMS out today will not give you an updated air pressure reading until the wheel is moving about 5 mph. At that point in time, I really don't want to be bothered. And TPMS are not a replacement for a good air pressure gauge which should be checked on cold tire. Just my opinion but the TPMS is just another gimmick to get your hard earned cash.

I'm guessing you've never owned a vehicle with a TPMS. Sure it helps the lazy monitor when to add air to their tires but the main benefit is safety. I've picked up nails on both 4 and 2 wheeled vehicles with a TPMS that displayed a warning and showed the pressure of the affected tire on the instrument panel. Both times it allowed me to get off the road before the pressure got so low that I trashed the tire or broke the bead seal on the wheel. Once you've had a TPMS work for you it is pretty convincing technology.

You bring up a good point. My car has the TPMS and yes, it has proven useful. I resisted GPS on the bike too until I finally broke down and started using it about 5 years ago, I guess some old dogs are slow to learn new tricks. Thanks.
