Default Where did you buy your lift from?

So, I'm gonna buy a lift soon. I'm not set on a make or model yet.

Did you buy yours local? (Other than an HF lift.)

If not, how much was shipping? Did they deliver to your garage (home), or did they deliver to a warehouse and you had to pick it up?

I've seen a couple on Amazon that offer free shipping, "IF ELIGIBLE". I'm not so sure exactly what eligible is!

Any other shipping *tips* I should know about?

TIA!

One thing I've heard more than once..... if you plan on ever ordering the side extensions, order them with the lift now. The freight later will be almost as much as for the lift.

So, on that (for me) it would be at least $155 delivery. And that is me unloading it at a freight terminal. To my garage door, with a lift gate truck is $274.

I'd like to find something local! (Cleveland, Ohio)

I live in south TX.. they shipped the whole kit to my house for $1,194. It was $95 for residential lift gate. The Driver took it to my garage door. Give Clark or Bobby a ring and talk to them.. I was considering a lesser package and they informed there was no free shipping on that one and shipping would kill me.. they're good guys, up front..

I bought one from Harbor Freight on sale for 270.00 (regularly 425.00). Very heavy duty and solid. I don't know how they sell so cheap. I did have to buy a better wheel chock at HF at 60.00.
My neighbor has had his for a few years with no issues and really likes it for his RK Classic.

I bought mine (Kendon) from the manufacture.
I stumbled on an add for scratch and dent sale.
The lift had been used in shows and had a couple scratches in it.
Came with a full warranty.

Bought it from Titan and picked it up myself about 15 years ago.
