Default Moldable ear plugs - anyone wear them?

Lots of different brands to choose from, wondering if anyone has experience with these.

Yes, when I was at the mill, they supplied us with soft plugs that we could mold to our ears or they also offered custom made molded plugs. I've used both and they do help.

I use the orange one from Home Depot. They work fine, and are cheap enough that I toss them out after each ride. I typically only use them for longer distance freeway speed rides,

I use to use them shooting. I've considered having another pair made.

I am just tired of these cheap foam ear plugs, they never stay in my ears.
Thinking about getting these:

I use these: https://www.earplugsonline.com/

I keep 3 pairs stashed on the bike -1 pair in use, 1 for a passenger, and a backup. They block noise as good or better than anything, and are comfortable because they are not down in the ear canal very far. I also use them for shooting and if I need to sleep when its noisy. One pair will last for a a few months as long as you keep them clean.

Not sure on availability on your side of the pond, but there is a company called Auritech that manufacture silicone ceramic insert plugs for motorcyclists. Whilst not cheap they should last a lifetime and are even more comfortable than the work set I had moulded to fit by the same company. They are also suitable for intercom/communication use whilst fitted. They come supplied with a screw top aluminium cylindrical holder that you can attach to your key-ring or a lanyard etc.

I have been wearing ear plugs for riding for over 35 yrs. Other than custom made, I have found these to be the best.
