2008 heritage
What all is involved in putting a 21" wheel? Can you still use the oem fender?

It is a direct bolt-on and you can use your stock front fender.

Assuming your wheel is configured perperly for your bike it should be plug and play. We are having an in stock sale right now. Check out our designs and we can make a great deal.

What width front end is on your bike? Only way a 21x3.5 will fit is if you have a wide glide front end.

I'm not sure what front end the heritage comes with.

Yes, 21x3.25 or 21x3.5 depending on the wheel. 21x2.15's are for FX softails.

One of those bikes in the HogPro link is mine ('05 Heritage). No issues at all with a 21x3.5 front wheel. SJ Ron

This is my Deluxe with a 21 x 3.50 front and 18 x 3.50 rear, Coastal Moto Maverick wheels. Everything was a direct bolt on.
