Default Anyone with Exile Parts on their bike?

Exile makes some incredible looking bikes, love the minimalistic look with zero cables.

I am thinking of trying of one of their handle bar setups with the twist clutch and the 4 flush buttons:

Anyone with this set up? Would like to see pics.

Also opinions - is this this twist clutch setup reliable?

Thanks!

I have both the internal clutch and throttle. They work great, I have not had a single problem. The cables will stretch a little bit so make sure your adjusters are said rock bottom.

Russell is been amazing to work with, the guy answers the phone every time I call he answers all my questions and ships the product out the same day. get the coil relocation kit as well and pull the fake center post out it really opens up the visual lines of the motor.

Clean bike Finmad.

I'm getting their internal throttle and the Grip Ace setup eventually. It's not high on my mod list so it won't be anytime soon. I'm going to skip the internal clutch for now as I don't know how I'd like having my buttons rotate with the clutch side. I want at least one solid grip to hold on to and having a cable for the brake and cable for the clutch won't kill the clean look if those are the only two coming off the bars.

You can't run the grip ace on the grip itself if you're using a twist clutch got to put the buttons somewhere else maybe next to the grip on the bars I put mine under my tank.

Architect has a nice set up with the hydraulic clutch and he ran both a break and clutch lines through the bars only an inch or two past the Masters.

I ran the grip ace with their internal throttle on my softail. I used different bars but it was a super clean setup and never had a problem with it.

Exile internal throttle on some 14", 1'5" gangster apes. Love it.!

I would not have gone with apes if I had to use external cables, hoses and wires.

I've got exiles highbars, internal throttle, billet grips, gripace and the jaybrake controls bored for the bars and they look great, the workmanship is excellent.

I love their stuff so I've added a softail standard to my collection especially for an exile makeover!

I will second all of the above. Russell answers the phones and is super helpful. Ended up talking to him for about a half hour about the mods I was doing, and he had some great suggestions and pointed out some things I hadn't thought of. I'm running their internal throttle, GripAce, grips, and using their foot clutch cable for my custom foot clutch setup. All high quality parts, haven't had any issues with anything. I'm confident that if something wasn't working properly they would stand behind the part 100%.

The guys at GripAce (this is not made by Exile, just sold through them) are great also. I got my setup used on eBay, but it was programmed for a different make bike. Called them up, and they had me send it in for reprogramming. Cost me shipping and $50 (I had 3 to reprogram) and they had it back to me super quick. Only issue I had was with the high beam indicator. It was constantly on, and GripAce knew of the issue but hadn't resolved the programming to correct it. This was 2 or 3 years ago, so it's likely been sorted by now. I just disconnected the indicator.
