Already been looking into the lay down plate. Thinking about the Kuryakyn? Anyone make a tombstone tail/lay down for a 2k? Not sure on the mileage. Should know after this weekend. I'll post up. Nice bike Dog!

100% agree T-bone.. when I added the 26H's to my 96''er 37K miles ago, it was like night and day difference.

People that add Cams with a good tuner and tune will be totally surprised at the results vs the stock- stg1 mod.

My gains was 15-20#'s of TQ gain across the sheet, Better fuel mileage and a drop of 10*- 15* in the oil temp..

Even better with Head work as you have done.

Still for most, The stg1 is a lot better than just leaving a bike stock..

Great bike... nice find.... successful mod...!!

Now if I may make a suggestion.....

STOP there....! Try to do only mild cosmetic mods, one at a time, from here on out....

I couldn't stop, I didn't stop, I can't stop......

'03, stage one, then cam, then big bore... now thinking a different cam & headwork..

'12, bought it had stage II (ac/ exhaust/cam) installed before I picked it up, I am thinking of a different cam, and will probably do a 107 before too long...

This crap gets expensive!! But it IS real fun...!!!

Bike looks fantastic pete. The color combo is sweet looking. That bike is a keeper. Nice find.
