Default Stage one completed...first impressions

Added an Arlen Ness Big Sucker to my 2K Heritage. Had installed American Classic slip ons with mid baffle previously. Bike is carbed so I went to 48/195 for the jets. Adjusted the mixture a bit too. Can I just say WOW. The "Harley tax" has been paid and it was SOOO worth it. Bike is smoother at idle and through the entire RPM range. Pulls WAY better in low and mid range. On the Freeway I always thought the 88 was struggling when I got to 70-75. No more! Loves it at 75-80 now. I could not be happier with this mod! Thanks to the guys on this forum (bklynbob, Martin to name a couple) for all the advice. This forum is the best!

Nice lookin ride and glad the upgrade gave the results you wanted. I'm +1 on the cam upgrade suggestion if you want yet another good reasonably priced performance bump, and a super +1 on the suggested laydown plate holder.

Heh- You're in Woodland Hills that's like 10 miles from me. I noticed the Laidlaw plate holder.
