Default 2016 Slim S in the driveway

You must be tall Lauren. I'm 6'2" and don't feel too cramped. Although, sitting on Slims in the showroom over the last few years, I've always thought that the seat to boards was tight. It's much less restrictive feeling while in motion. That said, I have a Mother Roads Customs spring seat from my Dyna that I love. I already ordered the mounting kit to adapt it to the Softail. It is surprisingly one of the most comfortable seats I've had. It will raise me up about 2 - 3" and give me the right posture.

Here are some pics of the seat o the Dyna before I changed her up to the club style road burner.

One of the best for 2016 without question. I wonder if removing something (orange fork blinders) would be considered a mod? Otherwise, very very nice!!

OK. Free mods are acceptable as long as I don't screw something up.

Nothing that can't be done to a standard Slim. They just did it for me.

I was looking at a '15 model to get a deal, but most of the mods I envisioned were already on this bike. Add the 110" motor, throttle by wire, hydraulic clutch, and cruise control and the value of the S model presents itself quickly.

The 2016 Softail Slim is one of the coolest looking bikes I've ever seen. I was in buying mode last week and the dealer had one in the showroom. That green and black color motif is very cool looking and the bike is destined to be a classic.

I ended up going with a Fatboy, but that SS was sure tempting.

Beautiful bike, that's for sure.

I love the looks of that bike. Harley hit it out of the park with this one. The paint scheme works well with all the black.
