OK. Free mods are acceptable as long as I don't screw something up.
Nothing that can't be done to a standard Slim. They just did it for me.
I was looking at a '15 model to get a deal, but most of the mods I envisioned were already on this bike. Add the 110" motor, throttle by wire, hydraulic clutch, and cruise control and the value of the S model presents itself quickly.

The 2016 Softail Slim is one of the coolest looking bikes I've ever seen. I was in buying mode last week and the dealer had one in the showroom. That green and black color motif is very cool looking and the bike is destined to be a classic.
I ended up going with a Fatboy, but that SS was sure tempting.
