Default ..New Softail For Me..

I was able to pickup a 2001 HD Heritage softail over the weekend. I'm the second owner and the original owner was only selling because of his age. He has done a fine job at maintaining this bike. He has also added a lot of chrome. The bike has a custom paint job and came with two fuel tanks. My favorite part is how easy it will transform into multi looks. I know the quick release stuff is not new but I have never had any before. It doesn't sound to bad with the scream'n eagle 2 exhaust but I like loud pipes.

WOW, it looks like you really scored! Used bikes by loving owners can be the best deals of all. Looks like you got one.

The original owner really took care of it. Is it a carburated bike or FI? I like the OE tank better than the custom for some reason. There's a lot of loud(er) pipe options out there for Softails. Great score!

It is a fuel injection bike. I would like to add tall bars with intake, maybe different exhaust and a tuner.
