That's the problem I was facing with Memphis Shades. I called them and they said that the Bullet Fairing was "only for the big bikes". I didn't presume the Breakout fit that category, but my forks are 41mm, while the Breakout's are 49mm, so I suppose that's the qualifier.

My first thought at an easy fix would be to fabricate a simple 4mm thick bushing to thicken up the attachment points on the forks, which should allow me to install the Breakout version of the Bullet Fairing on my Night Train using Memphis Shades' stock mounting hardware. The only problem them would be if the Breakout and NT forks aren't spaced (center-to-center) the same from the HD factory.

At just $169, I suppose it might be worth the effort to just buy the fairing and see what I can devise to make it work. I imagine with the correct bushings and spacers, it shouldn't be too much of a challenge.

This is the first fairing I've seen that I think would look halfway decent on my Night Train, so if I can make it work, I'll come back and post an after action report. Thanks!

Sounds like you should get the fairing and the plates only mounting kit. Then just make adapters to fit your forks.

If you mean my seat, I love it. Very comfortable and good back support.
