I forget what my windshield is made of but the maker recommends PLEXUS. It's a little pricey but it sure does work.

I used Pledge for years as well, can't stand the smell of it now. Hydrogen peroxide is cheap and easy to debug with, and Harley Gloss works well also and gets rid of water spots etc.

Warm soapy water and clean cloth to clean. Lots of water to soften the stuff on there up and off. I would not use strong chemicals JMO

I clean the dirt & grime off while washing the bike. IMHO Novus is the best out there. I use it all the time after washing my bike & after just cleaning the W/S. The have 3 different types. Regular, one for fine scratches & one coarse. Make sure you clean all the dirt off first.

I use Meguiar's PlastX (cleaner and polish in one) at every wash, and Windex for day-to-day bug removal..
