Default Removing reflectors from leather bags?

Anyone attempt to remove the reflectors stuck on leather bags? I peeled a price tag off of a leather clad half helmet one time and it took the shiny leather face with it...

Not sure if this would work with leather bags but I recall a while back someone used thin fishing line. The person slid the line behind the reflector and with back and forth motions and downward pressure worked the fishing line to remove the reflector then cleaned up the adhesive. I removed the reflectors from my front fork but not leather. Good luck!

Nice bike btw.

If you have access to a hair dryer that will work also. Just use the hair dryer to heat up the adhesive behind the reflector and it will come right off.

Yeah, I have a hair dryer and a heat gun in my shop, I'm just afraid the glue will leave a spot behind. I guess I really don't have much to lose if it does. I can always stick it back on... I was just wondering if anyone had done it and had an "oh chit" moment afterward.
