Default Dirty Bird 200 mm stretch fender and Bad Dad Slammed front test fit

Decided to go with fiberglass fenders, I have friends who run products from both companies on their baggers with no issues. The front is a Bad Dad Slammed fender, it came pre- drilled and fits very well. The back is a new product from Dirty Bird Concepts, 200mm stretched fender called "the Mullet", it is undrilled so I am working out fitment before prepping for paint. I like the mullet because it hugs the tire more than the other 200mm stretched fender options. Hoping to get this finished before 2017.

The pipe is a ceramic coated Rush Wrath. Of course I don't mind showing a pic with the bars 😁. Here are two quick pics before I start drilling. Forgive the messy shop, got three bikes in various stages of tear down.

Default Keeping it rollin

Got the fender drilled and mounted, decided to install the sissy bar and new seat. Since this is strictly a one up bike I am considering the strips I removed from a CVO Softail Convertible fender instead of a luggage rack....

Digging the luggage strips. Sure to give it a classy stand.
Now maybe it's just me, but those fender struts seem awfully long. Maybe it's the unfinished fender that's playing tricks on me LOL

Got the struts off a '13 Lo. I currently have a pair of micro bullets from X-Arc on the ends of the struts, they blend in and IMO do make the struts look longer. The small lights are.cool when I run the chopped fender but not so much with this long fender. My plans are to acquire another set of inner struts so I can set my chopped fender up with struts and the small bullets, the stretched fender will be set up with struts, strut covers and the stock FLS bullets. This way I can switch from tail tragger to chopped in 15 minutes.
Sorry I am so chatty, just had my morning coffee lol
