Default Lay down plate w/o drilling

Anyone have any suggestions for a lay down plate withou drilling the fender?id like the whole pate to be up on the fender but so far this is as close of a mount as I can find.

This is more of the look I am going for to use with a Custom Dynamics plate frame.

I have always just put the stock mount in the vise and crunched it down to my liking.

I took a 1/16 thick stainless steel plate the correct size & formed it to fit fender radious . Then I drilled the three hole pattern that is in the fender . Then I plug welded 1/4" studs into the holes I drilled . made a 1/4" thick rubber spacer to go between plate I made & the fender . Drilled the four corners of the plate I made to accept the license plate . I used a small Harley chrome frame for the license plate .

OP has a slim.

Slim doesn't have the 3-hole pattern in the fender.

Magnets could work. But then you have to worry about theft.

why not just side mount it to your axle. would love to do that if i didn't have to fix the holes in the fender
