There probably aren't any changes other than paint colorsand the 2007 factorywarranty corrections.

There are lots of changes, they changed the calipers. The fat tire bikes have a different compensator set up (looks real cheap). Some have abs, many changes, don't now where to find them all. Looks like a lot of cheaper dispossible items. MO money for the MOCO.

Battery terminals are top mounted on all 08's I think they upgraded the Heritage frontwheel bearings as well.That's about all I know of.
