RE: new break pads and rotors?
There is supposed to be an anti squeel strip in the caliper, did you put it back in when you changed the pads? If you did and its still squeeking, go to the local Auto Zone or Advanced Auto you can get some stuff, forget the name of it, to put on the back side of the pads that will cut it down or eliminate it altogether.

RE: new break pads and rotors?
the sqealing is caused by high freaquency pad vibration usually do to the pad material (use LBR first,EBC second) I have fixed this with a thin application of automotiveanti-sqeal or high temp silicone on the back of the pad .apply it to the pads and install right away ,apply the brakes furmly a few times and let sit over night (or until silicone cures).this process pushes the product out from between the caliper piston and pad but leaves a small ring around the piston to isolate vibration.the trick is installRIGHT AWAY!! before silicone sets up
