Default What glue for Saggy Bags?

I have read about the gotsaggybags remedy...I have the stock bags on my 03 heritage and they are in good shape but starting to sag a little. I am interested in creating my own "saggy bags" fix but am curious what type of glue would work best for applying 1/8 ABS plastic panels...thoughts? Experiences?

Contact cement or Gorilla Glue made by Bonds
Do you have anything you are willing to share about the DIY fix

Great, thanks for the info.

Happy to share once I get there...I'm still formulating the plan now...seems straight forward enough...I'll get some pics out here once I get it done.

yes it is E6000 and you need to scuff the panels real good with sand paper. Very happy with the saggy bags fix, don't realy want to know how much I could have saved. Couldn't tell you how many Heritage's I've seen around my year or older and the bags are collapsed.

I put saggy bags on my 03 heritage,, and it came with Industrial Strength E 600
look for it at www.E-600.com
And i only used it on the top for the cover and i dotted on not smared it on,
it has to go between the seams, the lay bricks on it over night, It worked out very well for me
have fun, and ride safe
