Should I even bother with this?
I have a PCIII with a dyno tuned map. I have almost 4000 miles on it since the tune. I still get a pop every now and then, about once every 50 miles or so. It mainly only does it between shifts, if I am getting on it out of a stoplight or something. I have not noticed any issues as far as poor throttle response, hesitation or anything like that. The engine temp has never gotten over 230 here in the Texas summers, and usually runs 210-220. So, is it worth the expense and time to have it retuned to tune out the pop? I haven't checked my plugs b/c I really don't know what to look for.

RE: Should I even bother with this?
To tell the truth, I have over 22000 miles on my 07 and it sounds like a popcorn popper on decel, but I watched it be dynoed by one of the best dyno guys out there (GT Tangolet "former V&H Screaming Eagle drag racer"), I also have a printout showing my A/F mixture all the way across the RPM band, and its perfect 13:1. Bottom line the bike is not under load on decel, and it doesn't stay in decel for long periods of time, so if it runs good I wouldn't sweat it.
