Default broomstick handlebars

Wondering what people think of broomstick handle bars. Tomarrow im gettin my new tank put on and am thinking about putting on 26 inch broomstick handlebars on and drilling them so i can run the wires through them. Any suggestions any ideas about them. Any input period would help thanks all.
