I'm looking at going with new HD rotors.

I would also like to go with Lyndall pads. I've heard so many good things about them from this forum.

1. Which Lyndall pads will work best with these rotors? (Gold, Red or Z)
2. Where is the best place to order Lyndall pads from? (I will need them shipped to an FPO AP zip code)

These will go on my 07 Train.

If you have stainless steel rotors and use Lyndall pads, please let me know what pads your using.

I have those rotors on my Springer and use Lyndall "Z" pads. They work great, no brake dust and no break-in period like the gold. My understanding is that the gold are more of a race application so they require breaking in and they do not have a long life, although they will stop you well.

 

I'm using them with the gold+ pads and every thing works fine. No break in with the + pads.
