Default Removing clear plastic guard from fender on Deluxe

Am going to take off my passenger pad and luggage rack this weekend and was just wondering if there is any trick to removing the clear plastic guard off the fender that is beneath the passenger pad.&nbsp\\; Any tips/tricks appreciated.&nbsp\\; Thanks.

Took mine off by just pulling&nbsp\\;it off slowly. If you want to reuse it I suggest finding a clean piece of plastic or glass to keep it attached to when it's off.

I&nbsp\\;rarely have&nbsp\\;my pillion on the bike, but when I do put it on, it's nice to have that plastic there to protect the fender from scratches. It's probably the only reason I haven't removed it.

As you start to pull it off, spray a little WD-40&nbsp\\;on the adhesive and it will come off easier.

Unless you know your always going to be solo, no chance of putting the rear seat back on for traveling packs or anything.... I would leave it on and cover it with a fender bib... that's just my opinion.

I really do not foresee a need to have anything on there, so I think I'd rather remove it.&nbsp\\; The adhesive on the plastic has attracted dust around the edges so if I do keep it, it will need to be covered with a fender bib.&nbsp\\; We'll see, but I would prefer to remove it and have a clean fender.&nbsp\\; Thanks guys.&nbsp\\;
