Default New Rocker, New Pipes?

I just bought a new Rocker, it's the first Harley ive ever owned. Im planning on putting V & H, Big Radius on it. Now, since i really dont know much about bikes, if im going to do this, what else would i need to get done to my bike? And also, if anyone has already installed these pipes, how much did it cost total to install and retune everything? Any feedback would be awesome.

Congrats on you Rock. I would suggest an air intake and some type of fuel management system (PCIII, SERT, etc.). Price for all that would likely be around $1400-1500. Will make a big difference on how the bike runs.

I did the:
V&H Big Radius
Thunder Monster Baffles
SE Heavy Breather
SERT
