Recently(bout the last week) I've had some issue with what may seem to be the fuel system on my heritage. It will start up fine(i start it in neutral btw) and then after a few minutes, hop on and... we'll say TRY to go. I say try because when i click into 1st the idle changes for the worst and as im giving it gas it sputters and spurts and doesnt seem to wanna go anywhere till i can barely reach about third. It will keep having this issue but not quite as bad through the 3rd-5th.

Im second owner on the bike(and my first btw) i just did some routine maintence like oil, tranny, primary and airfilter. I havent done the carbs yet nor do i know their last service. Should i check this or something else?
