I'm thinking of putting Wild Ones Chubby bars on my Deluxe. The model that seems to make the most sense is the 0601-508. They are a couple inches taller and an inch closer. I would love to see these bars on a deluxe before I pay for them. Anyone?

I started out with the 508's on my Road King but could not get use to the wrist position of the bars. My wrist were way to close to the tank. I eneded up putting the 518's on and like them much better. I have a set of the 518's on the parts board for sale if you are interested. They were on the bike for a month before I sold the bike to a friend who wanted the stock bars.

 

Wild1's website has photos of their bars on various bikes. Although not a Deluxe, you get the jist of how they look on the bike.

 

508's are kind of narrow. My wife's 03 Heritage has them. The 518's are better.

Thanks for the replies everyone. A couple of votes for the 518's. I'm not sure I want them that tall. 18"!

byersmtrco - That is looks great. I just wanted to double check that those are the 508's right? By the way, nice looking T-bird in the background.
