rear axel turn signals for Rocker

rear axel turn signals for Rocker
anyone know if they are out there? I'm thinking on taking the rear turn signals off the fender and mounting them on the rear axel.

I would also like to relocate the rear turn signals. I found some rear axle covers with lights in them, but they had a disclaimer saying they were not DOT approved for turn signals or break lights.
