Seriously - American Made?
So what gives? Every damn time I got to put a wrench on my bike I have to find Metric. I had to place a placard on my bike for my DOD decal (didn't want it place on my forks) and put it behind the horn on the left side. I had to use my MM sockets because in. did not fit.
Any thoughts or opinions?

the bike and that v-twin are assembled here, by American workers in PA, so that's American Made to me.
yes, I have noticed quite a few of the parts are manufactured off shore, but I'm wondering if that's a bad thing.....back in the AMF days when I'm sure most of the parts were made here, was that a good thing?
I merged metrics into my tool garage over the years since many other things I have also require metric tools....

And they trash your fasteners.
I have 2 pairs of pliers made by Knipex, got them on the Snap On truck. They are smooth jaw pliers and the pivot point of the pliers are made so they multiply the force applied. They are the only pliers I would recommend using on hardware that you plan to keep and use again. I only use vice grips on something that is already torn up and will be tossed in the trash.
