Default Enough Electricity For Accessories?

I have an '07 Fatboy. Currently I use auxiliary lights and an electric vest.

I'm looking to add a saddle with a heating element and was wondering if the electrical system on the bike could handle the additional load. The seat draws around 1.5 amps.

Thanks,
LeonD

I am no electrical expert but I heard the new models have a larger stator output. I know a number of people in the years past had premature failure of the stater. Running my '03 Heritage I never use the spot lamps except on a rare nite ride in the country. I see most run these all day. No issue with my bike.
