I put the extended Mark IV cruise arms on my 2007 Heritage. My inseam is 34" so they fit perfect. I put my heel on them at times or extend my legs and lay the side of my foot on the peg itself. They give you alot more leg positions for more comfort. They don't look bad either. Sorry for no pics, but I am just good enough on a computer to hurt things.

They're great. The best thing I added to my Deluxe.

Most peole who get them like them. I had em on and took em off. I had the Mark IV's which started to remind me of the Bull horns on those old Texan Lincolns. They have limited postions (mostly height wise) due to the brake and shifter peg.To me they were more or less an extension of the floor board and not so much a highway peg. Couldn't get my foot uphigh enough andmy leg was always straight out when on the pegs. I do like the looks of the Mark III and wonder if they would have the same issue.

these look like Mark IIIs, not the IVs. I thought the IVs mount to the frame not to the floorboards like the IIIs.
