Default Frame work

Asking if any one has done any frame cutting and welding in neck area 1-to straighten and 2-add a couple of degrees to flhs frame. All info and experience is welcome and thanks. Greg

I have a welder and do build a little bit of stuff but that work, I'd leave to the pros. I don't trust my welding ability at 70 MPH.
