Default Lower Fork Sliders & caliper

I kinda screwed up. I got a good deal on a set of 41 mm chrome lower fork sliders. My bike is a 92 Fatboy and the guy said they would fit. I installed them and they look great, but the brake caliper doesn't fit. He assured me they were for a pre-2000 model. but I checked the part number of these sliders, and they are for a 2000 -2006 softail.
Does anyone know if I can just buy a front brake caliper for a 2000 softail and put it on? Will it work with my rotor? Will my brake line banjo bolt fit? Will my master cylinder be matched with it ok? Any other issues I might run in to?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
Stubby
