Most don't like 2-1's but I was looking for power in the low end and went with the RB's.I really like the stock set-up for the classic look.

No pics yet, but I just (last weekend) put on a Vance & Hines Pro Pipe 2-1. I brushed the heck outta the chrome for the satin look (my bike is 99.9% black!), and probably will powdercoat the new exhaust black, as well.
I removed the stock pipes/SE II's with Big City Thunder baffles (all powdercoated). That set up will be for sale, soon.

There is a cheaper way other than powder coating them. VHT spray paint is a fire proof paint up to 2000 degress. There is a baking process that makes them chemical proof etc. I made a set of pipes for my bike and couldnt afford the jet coating or chroming process, I sprayed mine and baked them about early april and ive ridin over 10k miles and havent had a problem with them yet. The part number for the flat black is sp-102. They have a website pj1.com.

Looks really good scott.

Actually Mine came on the bike whe I got it, and they aren't even blown out any, still sound shiddy compared the the V&H propipe 2-1 thats on my Wide Glide. It has a deep rumble to it and when you twist the throttle it really gets loud.
