RE: spark plugs gap
Plug type is HD-6R12, 12 mm. The book says .038 to .043 on the gap. Service manual says to use anti-seize on the threads (HD recommends Permatex brand). Torque plugs to 12 to 18 foot pounds.

RE: spark plugs gap
I set the gap on my 04 train to 0.9mm and use copper grease on the thread. Never had a problem.
