Default Anybody have a DNA springer?

I bought one, and to be honest I love how it looks on the night train. But I really wasn't happy with the handling. I got quite a pogo effect with it. So I found a spring dampener they just started making to fit it. Got it installed today, but rain here. Will try it out soon as I can.

anybody else have one? what do you think?

Looks kick *** man. Are you gonna fill up the front with a fender, or just run it bare?

What are the specs for the springer? It looks like your bike isn't lowered at all, is that correct. Always wanted a springer, but cannot decide on what length to go with.

I lowered the rear 2 inches with progressive shocks. The front end is standard. If I had it to do all over again, I'd go with a -2 on the springer forks. it would make the bike handle a little more sporty. its fine how it is though.

here is a shot with that dampener on the front.

Looks good Boden! You'll like the difference the dampner makes!

I put one on mine over the winter and love it. It rides a little tougher but I like it. Everyone said it would have a lot of bounce and float to it and I havent had any really yet. I am glad I didnt spend the $2000 on a better one. Heres some pics of my standard.

My problem is that my front end is lowered 4"s, so I wonder if I could go with a 4" under springer. I guess I need to ask Lundee what he went with on his shovel. I know he put it on the NT and it looked good.

4 under would throw the front to the ground, 2 under will give it a lower look but have more clearance. the stance will look good either way..
