Default OTC Turn Signal Bulbs

Have a 2008 Heritage Softail Classic and want to know what the standard "over the counter" automotive bulb equivalents are for the front and rear turn signal bulbs. I have the rear turn signal conversion kit for running lights, brake and turn. the front have the double filament but haven't looked at the rear bulbs. Probably tomorrow.

Owners manual says the Harley Davidson part # for each is 68572-64B or the 68168-89A. Not sure which one is the correct one referenced in the book but I think the bulb is the 1157 or the 2057 bulb.

Interestingly the 1157 is rated at 8.3 Watts and the 2057 is rated at 6.7 Watts as indicated on the bulb packages.

Wonder which one they use. They are physically similar.

Anyone know which is correct

they also make led's for the rear in 1157s. I have them on my bike, makes a big difference, they just look better than OEM. And they lighten up brighter than OEM.
