Default Comfy Seat option for 02 fatboy

Alright, I have been reading like crazy on this forum about a comfy seat for rider and most importantly my Wife. I have tried the stock seat, badlander (obviously not for the comfort) and am currently riding on a Sundowner and it is not bad for me but the wifeis complaining about it having a sloped passenger pilon and is less comfortable than the stock pilon. She has been on this bike with me for 20k miles so it is not a new thing for her, and just got back form a 700 mile trip in 2 days. Anyone have any ideas for super comfy seats for both of us? I havve been looking at the Corbin gel seats, S&S seats and Mustang. Any help would be appreciated, like they say happy wife, happy life!

Not sure about the ladie's seat, but I was amazed at the comfy difference between a fatboy and Heritage. The Heritage fender seat is also more 'butt' shaped (but I've seem others with more padding)...

i recently purchased one of these from the classifieds on this forum.
real comfortable for rider & the passenger area looks comfortable too.

with a backrest for passenger, i'd think it's close to as good as it gets.

item # 75050

I don't have one now, but a Mustang is the most comfortable I've ever owned for me and the wife.

My next purchase for my Lo will be a C&C solo.. but for all out comfort (not looks) I don't think you can beat a Mustang seat

I was kind of thinking a Mustang or C&C would be the cat's *** but I have also read about the Corbin Gel seats too. Anyone have a Mustang that will fit my 02 that wants to trade for a Mustang Daytripper that fit 07 and later?

What seat is currently on your Fatboy? I just bought a 2002 FB that came with a studded Corbin Dual Seat. It also has a backrest that can be used for rider or passenger. The Corbin is comfy but is a little too wide for me. The rider seat is 15" wide and passenger seat is 12". I could be interested in a trade. Here's a pic.

I would do some reading on the GEL, I hear it really retains heat in the summer. I've heard that it will bake your buns for about a 1/2 hour if you leave it parked in the sun.
