Default pm open primary

hello all, i put a pm open primary on a 03 nite train now i get a loud clunk when shiftting, and its hell to get in to nutral,but falls rigth in when the motor is off, any help

Sounds like the clutch is not adjusted properly to me. Adj the clutch pack and then the cable

I agree with this. Sounds like a simple clutch adjustment. Good thing is you have a belt drive so it is easy to do. I noticed with my BDL primary that it was VERY VERY sensitive to clutch adjustment. I had to make very small adjustments to find the sweet spot to make everything right. Of course my previous belt drive was not as sensitive.

I'd re-adjust the clutch as well. Hope you get it straightened out, it looks killer.

i did adjust the clutch and then the cable, appx 4 times, 1/4 turn then 1/2 and so on,also tride changing trans oil to red line still same problem-?
