Default Squealingf out of the primary

I am in need of some advice....I have a 96ci wideglide with 35,000 miles replaced the clutch and disks around 30,000 miles.... now if i take off hard from a stop or shift hard into 2nd or 3rd I get a squeal out of the primary side... there isn't any slippage that I can tell from the clutch...and no its not the tires squealing either LOL..... I can tell if its coming from the front or rear of the primary.... Any ideas as to what is causing it or what the squeal is from....
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Jay

I had the same issue with a Barnett Clutch - under load there was an issue with the friction between the clutch plates. (Riding two up and starting on an incline was a joke.) Barnett suggested ATF fluid....they eventually added a "friction plate"...and then. If your answer doesn't come from this forum soon - contact Barnett for some input from them.

Wink

ya I think it is a barnett clutch... I remeber reading to make sure you add the additional friction plate.
