Default Turn Signal Dash Indicators Not Working

Neither of the turn signal indicators or the high/lo beam indicator on the tank is working but the turn signals and high/lo beam functioning are working fine. Could this be a bulb issue or maybe a fuse? I wanted some insight before I started digging into the instrument panel. It's on a '96 Heritage Classic.

I looked in the HD Service Manual and can't find anything that even addresses the instrument indicators, only the actual turn signals.

Nevermind... it all works now. I removed the panel, tested it, and it worked. Maybe a wire was pinched? Re-assembled and it still works.
