More upgrades to my 96 softail.
I picked the bike up in March for a song, has some rust and pitting. I am trying to ride it this year more than work on it. Tuned up, changed all fluids,
replaced brakes, and made all adjustments. Removed the bag's painted the lower fork legs, primary cover, struts, turn signals, headlamp and dash, and relocated front turn signals .Installed 12" apes, new risers, solo seat. rewired (rodent damage). I am looking to do some low cost mods now, Thinking about horn and coil relocating. I am only looking to do smaller stuff that only takes a few hours, no major mods.

QC I looked at the burly slammer kit for the front and rear, definitely on the to do list soon. The DK coil kits are for newer bikes so I ordered some of their black plug wires, and I will attempt to relocate the horn and coils on homemade brackets. I have some p nice fabrication tools so I might as well use them (gotta love harbor freight). After that it will be a high flow air cleaner.
