Exclamation MS Bullet or Batwing on Freight train nacelle?

Hi Folks,
I am getting a lot of conflicting info on this. Perhaps my google-fu is not so good, so I will try a post. I have a 2011 Fatboy Lo and I need to add some wind protection for long rides. There are two options I am looking at. My first choice, I think, is the Memphis Shades Bullet windshield, the other option would be some form of batwing fairing. I need to have a quick release setup.

However, I have swapped out my stock Fatboy headlight assembly for the Freight Train nacelle and I am having a lot of trouble finding out if it will work with either of my options. Memphis Shades lady would only say that they have never tested their product with a Freight Train nacelle.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I've got the Memphis shades bullet for my fatboy. I have the French trim ring which I suspect is much thinner than the freight train setup. And even with that, it was too tight to fit on properly. But it has a bendier, thinner section that goes around the headlight that is glued onto the main screen. Without that, it will probably be fine as i have around 1/4" gap without it. But don't rip it off! The black on the screen is just painted on and scratched easily. It will rip off too. Instead, I used a Dremel to cut the surround part back to the main screen to get the same appearance. Hope that helps!

Thought about it. Windshields are fugly, but that one is pretty small and probably not real noticeable. 3 things-
a) Can it come off pretty quick when I get to the destination?
b) How effective is it at reducing fatigue?
c) Any issues with head buffetting?

Peg20- The weird thing is that there is a model for the Roadking, which has an almost identical nacelle, though the mounting points are a little off from the Freight Train used for the Fatboy. I wonder if the Roadking model Bullet would work with the Fatboy mounts?

a) Can it come off pretty quick when I get to the destination? Yes four small machine screws.
b) How effective is it at reducing fatigue? Very effective once dialed in.
c) Any issues with head buffetting? No head buffeting once dialed in.

So Big Blue ,
You say your stock quick release windshield will fit over the freight train nacelle ?
I'm also thinking of this mod.
Thx

Thanks, though I am looking for a pretty specific look, not so much into the big sheet of lexan in front of my bars. Thats why I've really been leaning towards the Bullet, if I could find out if it fits...
