2006 EFI Softail - Will Not Start
Yesterday, I was about to go on a ride after work on my 2006 Softail Springer Classic which is EFI.
I rolled the bike out of the garage and it fired right up. Absolutely no hesitation at all, which is how it's been since I finished its rebuild/project this winter.
Once I hopped on and put the bike in 1st gear, it died. I knew I was low on gas, having had about 200 miles on the 5 gallon tank. A quick trip to the gas station, and I've since added 2 gallons of gas.
But...it simply will not start.
The bike turns over without a hitch. I've checked the following:
When I turn on the ignition, I can hear the fuel pump motor run, but It doesn't sound as though it's sucking gas up through the pickup, which has me honed into a fuel delivery issue. Console has been removed and the top plate removed to see if there is anything obvious, like a blown-off fuel line. I didn't see anything (was wondering about this as I switched to the Gates submersible fuel lines).
Has anyone had any similar issues?
It seems to have been an acute issue as the bike didn't cough or stutter at all. It just died, like it ran out of gas. Left it sit overnight as well, and the problem remains.
I'm planning to siphon the gas back out of the tank and removing the internals, but thought I'd post to see if anyone has any other suggestions/experiences.
FWIW, the bike has approximately 8600 miles, original fuel pump/regulator and fuel filter.
Thanks!

The bike turns over without a hitch. I've checked the following:
- Fuses
- System Relay
- Ignition coil (swapped with a benchstock spare)
- EFI Fuel Line/Oring in Quick-Disconnect fitting
- Battery terminals
